Trained staff
All our staff have received the very latest training in animal transport by air freight and are certified to international standard (IATA). We have many years of experience in transporting animals of all types. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have questions on import regulations in destination countries and what inoculations and documents you require to avoid problems when importing animals into various countries. We work in compliance with the IATA Live Animal Regulation.

We have a network of international animal freight companies spanning the globe thanks to our membership of the IPATA (Independent Pet and Animal Transportation Association International).
Air freight companies
We work together with airlines chosen and inspected by us and their customs clearance agents to ensure transportation with no hitches so that your pet or pets has or have a trip that is as short and as pleasant as possible. We are very well-versed in the individual regulations and the information that airlines require for both reservations and bookings.
Cooperation with public authorities and animal reception centres
Our many years of experience and cooperation with the Swiss Veterinary Agency, the Swiss Border Veterinary Service, the Animal Reception Centre at Zurich Airport and both animal refuges and animal shelters allow us to offer you an all-embracing range of services and the necessary information on documentation and on transporting your pet.

Organising accommodation in animal shelters, appointments with vets, delivery to your home address and collection, besides many other services are available on request.
